Considering the provisions of article 4.4.1 of property conservation duties, section 2, letter c) of ornamental conditions, of the Municipal Planning Plan: Every lot must be permanently clean, free of weeds and garbage in order to prevent fires or bad odors occur, insects and rodents that carry disease transmission proliferate.
That since these acts of cleaning and maintenance are within the limit of the duty that corresponds to the owners, these must be carried out at their expense and they are required to carry out the maintenance and cleaning of the property......
