Considering the provisions of article 4.4.1 of property conservation duties, section 2, letter c) of ornamental conditions, of the Municipal Planning Plan: Every lot must be permanently clean, free of weeds and garbage in order to prevent fires or bad odors occur, insects and rodents that carry disease transmission proliferate.
